Morseify Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Morseify Android application and any related public legal pages, support links, and app services made available by HandySparkSoft (D. A.) under the Morseify name.

Acceptance Of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Morseify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About Morseify

Morseify is an Android app designed to help users learn Morse code, create and save Morse-based messages, and play those messages through supported output modes such as audio, light, and vibration.

Eligibility

Morseify is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Morseify is allowed under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use of the app should be supervised by a parent or legal guardian where required.

If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts

Some app features may be available without creating an account. Other features may use Firebase-backed sessions, including anonymous sessions or optional signed-in accounts.

If you create or use an account:

• you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
• you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• you are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or session where permitted by law

You must not impersonate another person or access an account without authorization.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Morseify for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
• interfere with the app, its infrastructure, or connected services
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data beyond what applicable law allows
• use the app to transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates the rights of others
• misuse export, sharing, playback, or messaging features in a way that harms others or violates platform rules

User Content

You retain responsibility for the messages, text, and other content you create, save, or share through Morseify.

You represent that you have the rights needed to use and share that content. You must not store or distribute content through Morseify if doing so would violate law, contract, or another person’s rights.

Cloud-backed storage and synchronization are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee indefinite storage, preservation, or recoverability of user data. Keep your own backups of important content.

Privacy

Your use of Morseify is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Morseify may rely on third-party services, including Firebase, Google Sign-In related services, and Google AdMob. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices from their respective providers.

HandySparkSoft is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Availability And Changes

Morseify is provided on an evolving basis. Features, ads, purchases, or subscriptions may be added, changed, limited, or removed at any time. This includes optional account, analytics, advertising, and remote-configuration behavior, as well as future commercial features that may be introduced later.

We may update these Terms of Service by publishing a revised version. Continued use of Morseify after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.

Intellectual Property

Morseify, including its branding, software, design elements, documentation, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.

These terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.

Disclaimers

Morseify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Morseify is an educational and communication tool. You are responsible for how you use it and for verifying that output, saved content, exported files, and transmitted signals are appropriate for your situation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HandySparkSoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of Morseify.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount allowed by applicable law.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or stop providing all or part of Morseify at any time. We may also restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform integrity.

You may stop using Morseify at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply and cannot be waived.
