Morseify Account Deletion

This page explains how account deletion works in Morseify, what data it covers, and how to request help if the in-app flow is unavailable.

Ways To Request Deletion

  • In the app: open Settings -> Data Controls -> Delete account
  • By email: contact handysparksoft@gmail.com and mention the email address linked to your account

This public page does not delete the account directly. The deletion action itself is completed from inside the app or, when needed, through the email support route above.

What Deletion Covers

When your deletion request is completed, Morseify aims to remove:

  • your Firebase Authentication account
  • cloud-saved message data associated with that account

Local data stored only on your device, such as app caches or preferences, can usually be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in Android settings.

Important Notes

  • You may need to sign in again before Firebase allows account deletion, depending on how recently you authenticated.
  • If the in-app deletion flow is unavailable or fails, use the email route above and we will handle the request manually.
  • Some limited records may be retained when required for security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
